No fees are charged to landlords. Our
easily accessible website ranks #1 on
internet search engines such as Google,
Yahoo, MSN and many others. We market all
our apartments by displaying photos, listing
current prices and making comprehensive
descriptions of the space and its features
on our site. This is all at NO COST
to our landlords.
Over the past
five years we have represented several
owners and management companies who not only
are happy with the predominantly corporate
clientele we bring as tenants to their
apartments but also with our personable
professional service. Our experience in
handling lease agreements and condominium
board approvals (if applicable) has earned
us the trust and respect of landlords and
management companies that work with
us.
We have a
customized database system where we list all
apartments we represent, where we include
pictures and detailed information for all
furnished apartments. This system also
enables us to have full control over the
whole rental process, including renewals,
payment collection and security deposit
refunds. In order to make things easier to
our landlords, we have a full time person
dedicated to collect the rent every month.
This service is at no additional cost to
you.
Our services
are paid by the tenant. Since renting
furnished apartments is our expertise, we do
not need to charge tenants high real estate
fees. Our real estate fee is only 20% of the
total rental period compared to half to a
one month fee charged by other real estate
firms. When a client likes an apartment that
we offer, our fee is accepted by all our
clients and does not become an obstacle in
getting your apartment rented.
If you haven't
furnished the apartment yet, we can offer
you a complete furniture and equipment
package. Our 5 years experience in the
furnished apartment industry has gave us the
knowledge of what people like most and the
style that makes a furnished apartment more
attractive to clients. Using this
furniture and equipment package, we have
been able not only to maintain the furnished
apartment rented at all times, but also
ensure higher rents for our landlords.
We invite you

working for you. Lara Group does not charge
any fees to the landlord for finding a
tenant. The price you ask for is the price
you get. We also do not need you to sign an
exclusive agreement with us. We
understand that your apartment needs to be
rented at all times and we want to show you
the results first.

sure to include your apartment address and
unit number, rental price, building
amenities, apartment description, etc., as
well as your contact information. If you
have pictures, please send them attached.
We will
contact you immediately to include your apartment(s) in our system and if your
apartment is available immediate, our
photographer will coordinate with you to
take pictures of it. In order to maintain
our high standards all apartments may not be
accepted, in any case a representative will
contact you and give you advice to improve
your apartment potential of becoming a
furnished rental.
