The process is simple and quick.
Once you let us know the apartment you are
interested in, we will email you a credit
card form for you to fill out, sign and fax
back to us. As soon as your credit card is
processed, you will receive our confirmation
to move in the apartment right away!
(excluding Saturdays and Sundays). If you
are in New York, you can come to our office,
and one of our agents will be more than glad
to help you go through the resevation
process.
